February 2012

University of Grenoble

Marta Stryszowska teaches economic analysis applied to competition law for MBA students at the University of Grenoble.

She presents key concepts and tools of economic theory used in each of the major themes of competition law. After a quick reminder of the objectives of competition law, she deals successively merger control, cartels, abuse of dominant position and damages. The theoretical concepts are illustrated by numerous cases (Citric Acid 2001, Microsoft 2004, Somfy / Zurflüh-Feller 2007, GlaxoSmithKline 2007 , Intel 2009 and Veolia Transport / Transdev 2010).
