The GCR Handbook of Competition Economics

The French Competition Authority has shown that it is willing to adopt a pragmatic and creative approach when evaluating the effects of mergers and cartels or dealing with a particular sector. In line with this orientation, it has increasingly relied on economic and econometric analyses.
