Conference on Competition Enforcement organized by Intertic

Marta Stryszowska, senior economist at Microeconomix, gave a presentation in the session “Innovation, Standards and Antitrust” of the third Conference on Competition Enforcement organized by Intertic, the first international academic think tank on innovation and competition. It addressed in particular a question of whether FRAND (Fair Reasonable And Non Discriminatory licensing terms) commitment may eliminate potential antitrust risks of standard setting agreements without discouraging the formation of standards.
